A4's City Artist Corps Grants Online Information Session

Friday, July 16, 2021
1 – 2PM

The Asian American Arts Alliance (A4) will be hosting a webinar on the City Artist Corps Grants application process for NYC-based artists of all disciplines. Intended to support NYC-based working artists who have been disproportionately impacted by COVID-19, the grant program will distribute one-time $5,000 grants to over 3000 artists to help sustain their practice and engage the public across New York City’s five boroughs this summer beginning in July. Artists working in any discipline are eligible to apply.

A4 recognizes the impact COVID-19 has had on our community of AAPI artists, and we want to make sure that our community members are aware of this opportunity and the resources available to assist with the application process.

Hosted by A4’s Executive Director, Lisa Gold, and the CAC Outreach Manager, Ting Y. Lin, the webinar will include a brief overview of the City Artist Corps Grants program and specific information about eligibility and public engagement requirements, followed by a live Q&A.

ASL interpretation and closed captioning will be provided.

The webinar is FREE and open to the public with RSVP required via Eventbrite. This info session will be recorded and the content will be available on A4’s Youtube and Facebook pages 48 hours after the webinar.

A Zoom link will be sent to all registered attendees.
