In general, we welcome submissions from all walks of life. The main criteria that listings must meet to be approved and published is to show support of AAPI in the arts. As of 2022, all job listings must be in accordance with New York state law to include a salary/salary range.

Observing the following will also help A4 promote your listing further in newsletters and social media:

• Written in the third person (i.e: “A4 is pleased” rather than “We are pleased”)
• Have all fields completed with spelling and grammar checked (no all caps)
• Offer a special discount or promo code for the A4 community
• Have a good quality image
• Be free and open to the public (no submission fees)
• Limit descriptions to 250 words

A4 reserves the right to approve or reject any or all submissions at its discretion.
