Creative Movement Sessions focusing on Forgiveness, integrating a Meditation
Tibet House: Saturdays, 11-1pm EST, March 21, March 28, April 11 & April 18
Through simple and playful exercises, we will research the body and imagination in a series of four creative movement workshops. Beginning with a group warmup and breath, each session includes a short meditation, improvisation and learned movement. Open to all bodies, the workshops are an opportunity to explore movement on one’s own and with others.
Cynthia Berkshire is a Manhattan-based choreographer and educator whose interdisciplinary work spans dance, performance, film and meditation.
