Wednesday, December 23, 2020
12 – 11PM

Join The Army Historical Foundation, the official non-profit organization for the new National Museum of the United States Army, for the first in a series of free virtual programs focused on the experiences of the American Soldier. The Foundation’s Chief Historian, Matt Seelinger, will host a panel to discuss the journey of Chinese American Veteran Soldiers of World War II from their enlistment and wartime experiences to the 2018 award of the Congressional Gold Medal of Honor.

The program will include a discussion with panelists and a presentation of how the National Museum of the United States Army tells this story. During the program, two copies of Honor and Duty: The Chinese American WWII Veterans will be given away to two program participants.
