Artificial intelligence is learning from us. The question is: whose stories will it tell?
The Serica Initiative’s 2026 AAPI Trailblazers Conference: Owning Our Stories in the Age of AI brings together leaders across technology, business, academia, media, arts, education, and the nonprofit sector to explore how Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities can actively participate in building, governing, questioning, and creatively using the technologies shaping our future.
Through keynotes, cross-sector conversations, an interactive AI workshop, art and performance, and an evening cocktail reception, the conference will move beyond asking what AI will do to our communities to consider a more consequential question: How can AAPI leaders ensure our narratives are not erased and help shape what comes next?
