A Gathering to Remember Corky Lee

La MaMa Experimental Theatre and Kinding Sindaw, in partnership with Nai-Ni Dance Company and the Asian American Arts Alliance, are hosting an event for the community to come together and share remembrances of our dear friend, mentor, and inspiration, Corky Lee.

Join us to share your thoughts and kind words among friends as we remember the one and only “undisputed, unofficial Asian American photographer laureate.”

Corky’s family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations in his memory be made to the Asian American Journalists Association in order to support the next generation of artists working for photographic justice. Please visit the AAJA donation page, select “In Memory Of” and write “Corky Lee.”
