Our Global Marketing team is looking to hire a talented Marketing Partnerships Manager. This is an ideal role for someone who understands entertainment and sports trends, has the ability to build strong connections and can bring meaningful brand partnerships to life.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Building and maintaining relationships with external partners in various verticals, including but not limited to: Entertainment, Gaming, Music, Sports, Consumer Goods, and experiential events.
-Leading idea generation for partnerships and opportunities, while leveraging existing network of relationships to drive those opportunities.
-Planning and implement integrated marketing initiatives in order to grow brand love and increase likability among consumers (users and non-users of TikTok).
-Gathering and analyzing market data in order to identify marketing and collaboration opportunities to deliver effective campaigns.
-Identifying and proposing potential business deals by analyzing market and industry trends and the overall marketing strategy of the company and make data-driven decisions.
-Initiating and executing integrated, co-branded marketing campaigns.
-Working cross-departmentally to develop, manage, and measure external partnerships while working closely with cross-functional partnership teams (e.g. Business Development, Sales, Programming, etc.).
-Creating pitch decks and media plans to exhibit value in our brand and partner brands.
-Gathering data and assets to put together marketing recaps for various campaigns.
-Being a brand steward for the TikTok brand in all business and creative transactions to ensure opportunities meet strategic marketing objectives.
Requirements-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA is a plus.
-7+ years experience in marketing strategy, integrated marketing, content/audience development.
-Experience working with talent, influencers, account management, sales, client/partner solutions.
-Legal skills such as negotiation and familiarity with contract structure.
-A network of connections in the Gaming, Music, Sports, Consumer Goods, and experiential events and/or other relevant industries necessary to facilitate brand growth and development.
-Understanding of the landscape and development of trends in the new media and entertainment business.
-Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must- with proven project management skills to get things done.
-Creative mindset with the ability to solve tough problems and handle pressure to meet deadlines.
-Ability to be flexible in a super cross-functional, collaborative organization, but exude the leadership and assertiveness to make moves and make clear decisions that help drive marketing goals.
-Strong ability understand wider organizational structure and navigate cross functionally to think drive strategic goals of the company.
