Resist Recycle Regenerate (RRR) is a year-long arts and activism program made for Asian/American women, queer and trans youth that meets in Chinatown’s oldest operating store, Wing on Wo & Co. Weekly sessions explore topics like placekeeping, anti-gentrification, and art-making as political practice rooted in Chinatown histories and futures. RRR seeks to create and nurture long-lasting relationships with Chinatown, preparing fellows with the opportunity to hold leadership positions and own their stake in this community. Each fellow will receive a $500 stipend for transportation and art materials.
