Producing Associate

Pan Asian Repertory Theater is seeking a Producing Associate who will work with Tisa Chang (Founding Artistic Director) to manage Earned and Contributed income, including government/Foundation grants, final reports, individual donors and Box Office revenue and general administrative office tasks as needed. Familiarity with union contracts, insurance, online ticketing is a plus.

This is a Full-time Position. Salary plus standard fringes, paid holidays & vacation weeks.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain ongoing & new grant applications, interim/final reports, and portal updates for city, state, federal, and foundations; research new sources to support diverse programming.

• Assist to prep for box office, & compliance reports, audit.

• Assist with Gala fundraiser and Board/Individual donors, attend outside events as needed.

• Work with Outreach Associate to maximize Revenue /Attendance for Off-Bway productions, Nuworks, Training labs & Stage Readings.

EXPERIENCE:

•      Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience working professionally in an arts-related field or equivalent.
  

•      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, & Publisher)
  

•      Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  

•      Should be self-motivated, respect tradition and legacy, and able to commit for the long term. Room to grow.
