About Us:
Asian Hall of Fame is dedicated to elevating Asian contributions to the global community, honoring trailblazers across various industries, and fostering cultural appreciation. As we prepare for our next season, we’re seeking a Marketing Fellow to join our team and learn the ropes in a flexible, creative role with room for growth.
About the Applied Research Institute:
Established in 2019, the Institute’s mission is to help bridge the gap between academics and the workplace. Fellows launch paid projects, and join monthly seminars with industry leaders. International Fellows will receive a 1-3 year OPT extension on their F-1 Visa. After 90-days of service, Fellows are eligible for grants toward technical training, certifications, gear, convention attendance, counseling, and other activities.
Position Summary:
This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in social media marketing, content creation, and digital engagement. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to build our online presence, craft engaging content, and explore new avenues for collaboration. There are weekly touch-base calls with the Senior Director of Commercial Development and the Team.

Requirements
● Social Media Copywriting: Draft compelling, brand-aligned social media copy for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.● Graphic Design: Create graphics that adhere to our style guide, primarily using Canva, for consistent visual appeal across social channels.
● Content Management: Schedule and upload content on all social platforms, ensuring timely posts and engaging interactions with our audience.
● Collaboration Research: Identify potential social media partnerships and influencer collaborations that align with our brand values and mission.
● Data Entry & Analysis: Enter social media engagement metrics into our database and analyze which content is performing best and why.
● Video Editing (Highly Preferred): Edit video content for social media and other digital platforms. Familiarity with editing software is a plus.
● Events: Also invited to crew and staff events as needed.
