sarAika movement collective presents: International Performing & Training Opportunity with Katia Tubini of LPP Dance Company

Program Description
An international performance opportunity for NYC-based dancers to gain international choreographic performance experience without traveling abroad. This intensive also offers dance classes by the choreographer Katia Tubini and sarAika movement collective, as well as body conditioning yoga classes by Cristiano Zanus Fortes. This program’s choreographer is Katia Tubini, the Executive and Artistic Director of LPP Dance Company and the founder of LPP Ballet Studio in Verona, Italy.

Rehearsal & Training Dates
- January 13th 11am-2:30pm
- January 14th 9am-2:30pm, 6pm-10pm
- January 15th 9am-2:30pm
- January 16th 9am-2:30pm
- January 17th 9am-2:30pm, 6pm-10pm

Tech & Performance Dates
Tech: January 18th 1pm ~ 5pm
Performance: January 18th 7PM

Speyer Hall - University Settlement (184 Eldridge Street, New York, NY 10002)

Price
Performance Opportunity (Creations/Rehearsals & Performance) + Comprehensive Training(4 body conditioning & 4 dance classes)
- Early Bird: $175 - apply by November 15th at 11:59 PM
- Regular Price: $200 - Deadline December 1st at 11:59 PM

Requirements

Age: 21+ years old only
Level: Advanced
*Please note that due to the short period of rehearsals, the choreographer will select a maximum of 15 dancers from the applicants.

Application Instructions

They will notify all applicants of the results by December 15th. If you are selected, you’ll have three days to confirm your attendance and submit the payment.
