Engage with fellow creatives through classwork, workshops, dialogues and Miller’s award winning repertory. There will also be an opportunity for a brown-bag lunch, during which students will have the chance to check in and chat directly with Artistic Director and choreographer Andrea Miller.
Begin each day with a GALLIM company class followed by a specialized methodology workshop to breakdown a specific area of technical skill building. After lunch, immerse yourself in GALLIM Repertory, including Andrea Miller’s two most recent premieres, sky to hold (not on pointe) for the New York City Ballet and Scavengers for The Martha Graham Dance Company. Repertory training at GALLIM focuses on advancing students’ technical skill while inspiring new growth in creativity and artistic expressivity as well as getting experience with a professional-like rehearsal setting.
