Fou is pleased to announce the launch of its inaugural Fellowship Program. This six-month fellowship offers an immersive, hands-on opportunity for emerging art professionals, curators, and creative practitioners to engage deeply with contemporary gallery operations, curatorial research, and community-driven arts programming. Based in the heart of New York City, fellows will work closely with our team to bridge the gap between academic research and commercial gallery practice, gaining invaluable insight into the NYC art ecosystem.

Curatorial Research & Publications
Conduct thorough literature and provenance research to support upcoming exhibitions and archive management.
- Provide high-quality English and Chinese translation and editing for gallery publications, press releases, and exhibition materials.
Gallery Operations
- Assist with administrative tasks and inventory management related to upcoming exhibitions.
- Manage the daily operations, inventory, and outreach for Fou Objects.
- Act as a gallery ambassador, welcoming visitors and providing engaging insights into current exhibitions.
Event Production & Community Engagement
- Participate in organizing and executing special projects and public programming, including workshops, healing retreats, curatorial walk-through, concerts and other community events.
Special Creative Projects
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary tasks tailored to the gallery’s needs and the fellow’s strengths, involving photography, graphic design, illustration, and project management.
