In a time when many immigrant communities across the United States are navigating uncertainty, Two Faced Gallery’s goal is to create space for stories that remain untold. Often, the most powerful stories live in the smallest moments of everyday life — the subtle changes, familiar routines that feel different, the things one carries but doesn’t always say aloud. Through the Dear America Project, they aim to allow those moments to be expressed and witnessed.

The Dear America Project invites written letters reflecting on the realities of the immigrant experience today. Your letter can take any form, a memory, a passing moment, a loss, a fear, a hope, or simply a day in your life. In gathering these voices, Two Faced Gallery hopes to illuminate the humanity behind experiences that are too often reduced to headlines.

Through these letters, the Project seeks to honor the complexity of immigrant experiences, creating a collection of voices that reminds one how every headline represents a life, a family, and a story worth telling–a collective archive of voices that deserve to be heard.
