Seeking people to play the following character:
[CHANG] Actor to play 16, Chinese-American, 5"8 tall. A member of his high school’s marching band, Chang is passionate about two things: Pokemon and basketball. And outsie of his best frined Bo, he’s a little on the unpopular side and just tries to navigate high school like any kid–which includes bullies and girls. In his efforts to impress Kristy, the new girl on the marching band, Chan overcompensates and bets his school rival and captain of the basketball team Matt, that he can dunk a basketball…in 12 weeks’ time. He trains day and night with former basketball player De'Andre, all while keeping the entire bet a secret from his strict, but well-intentioned mother. Chang seemingly gets everyhing he wants but learns some important lessons along the way. Speaks elementary Mandarin. Beginner to intermediate basketball experience.
