Associate Director of Development

Reporting to the Director of Institutional Advancement, the Associate Director of Development will be an accomplished professional with a minimum of three years’ individual giving experience, strong office and administrative skills, strong events experience, and excellent communication skills. Compensation: Salary $65,000 – $70,000. Benefits include medical, Life and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, and voluntary pre-tax programs for retirement, Transit and FSA.

Requirements

Qualifications and traits: BA degree or equivalent work history; 3+ years’ individual giving experience, with institutional support experience a plus; track record of successful individual solicitations in the $5,000+ range; events management experience; superior written and verbal communication skills.
