Reporting to the Managing Director and Founding Artistic Director, the Coordinator will have at least one year of administrative experience, with a strong background and interest in Humanities and literary/developmental programs. Qualifications and traits: BA degree or equivalent work history; 1—3 years’ administrative experience (office management, IT support, Board of Directors support) with studies in the Humanities or a literary discipline a plus. The successful candidate will have strong writing and proofreading skills, strong attention to detail, and experience creating and maintaining organizational systems.
Compensation: Salary $51,000. Benefits include medical, Life and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, EAP, and voluntary pre-tax programs for retirement, Transit and FSA.
