Assistant Facilities Manager

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Assistant Facilities Manager assists in all aspects of operation and maintenance of the Pershing Square Signature Center. Working closely with rentals, production, IT and Front of House, the Assistant Facilities Manager helps ensure facilities policies and procedures are incorporated effectively into all activities throughout the Center.

Compensation
This is a full-time salaried exempt position, with compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience. The salary range for this role is $66,300-68,300 on an annualized basis. Benefits include group health, dental, and vision plans, as well as the opportunity to participate in tax-saving flexible spending, commuter and 401(k) plan.

Educational/Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience working in a large, multi-use facility

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements include ability to walk, carry, crawl, climb, kneel and lift at least 50 lbs.
