2025 Auditions for the Christmas Spectacular

Audition registration for the 2025 production of the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes are officially open! Dancers hoping to join the Rockettes line in its 100th year can attend open call auditions at Radio City Music Hall on Tuesday, April 22. Auditions for ensemble roles will be held on Tuesday, April 1.

At the Rockettes audition, dancers will be considered for both a coveted spot on the Rockettes line for the 2025 Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes and an invitation to one of the company’s no-fee dancer development programs. For Rockettes:

Current Weekly Base Rate (per union contract): $2,884.95

Additional Benefits and Compensation Opportunities:

• Weekly rate covers each week of rehearsals and base number of performances each week once show opens 
• Additional compensation above base rate for: (1) All additional weekly performances above the base; (2) each performance above two on any day; and (3) performances on select holidays  
• Additional compensation for all ancillary performances and appearance
• Year-round health insurance 
• The Company contributes a percentage of each Rockette’s earnings to a 401(k) plan for each of the Rockettes; the Rockettes are not required to contribute to receive this benefit  
• College tuition reimbursement up to a designated amount
• Voice lesson, dance and acting class, fitness classes and gym membership reimbursement up to a designated amount

For Ensemble:

Requirements

Ensemble dancers must be 18 by the first day of rehearsals in October. Rockettes must be 18 as of June 23, 2025. If you are 17 years of age at the time of the audition, you will need a parent or guardian to accompany you at your scheduled time.
