$10/hour Subsidized Rehearsal Spaces for independent artists

Through FAB’s Space @ 70 program, independent dance and theater artists can book rehearsal hours in two studios at 70 E 4th St: DTA Theater as Studio and DTA Second Floor Studio from Monday to Thursday, 10am – 5pm at the subsidized rate of $10/hour.

FABnyc is a team of artists and organizers working to preserve, sustain, and grow the cultural vibrancy of the Lower East Side neighborhood.

Requirements

Minimum 2 hours rental, 10am-5pm Monday-Thursday.

After submitting the form, please allow 48 hours of processing time. They will get back to you with a rental contract to review. After signing the contract, you will receive access to an online booking portal and instructions about how to book space.
