Within Reach - an evening length modern dance production by Yin Yue Dance Company

In this 60 min work titled Within Reach, I will produce and perform with the company members Sarah F. Parker, Grace Whitworth and Daniel Oliver, I will also present a newly created solo work. The dance was premiered in Jiangxi Performing Arts Center in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, China on Jan 19th, 2013 and it was a great pleasure and opportunity to have the chance to present and share it with audience in New York City. The work is about distance. The distance in space, between people and also the distance in its metaphors. It is about the distance we can see and recognize, also the distance we can only feel.
