Open Dance Class w/Red Silk Dancers 紅綢舞蹈團民俗舞蹈工作坊

Chinese dance class for all levels. Red Silk Dancers will perform a short demo from their 40th Anniversary program.

Celebrate the 40th anniversary of Red Silk Dancers by dancing with these legends! Dance class will start with a warm up to get us all moving. Then feel the music with traditional Chinese dance props like ribbons and fans. This class is all the joy of movement, all levels welcome!

Meet at the north part of Seward park on the volleyball courts, but location might shift based on availability. Volunteers will be onsite to guide participants. Alternate location may be in front of the Seward Park library. In the case of rain, we will go to Think!Chinatown’s studio at 1 Pike st
