Infusing Activism into Writing

In this workshop Butterfly Noir encourages participants to explore multiple genres of screenplays and teleplays (horror, comedy, drama, etc.). Participants are prompted to think about issues that plague their communities, messages they wish to convey, and characters necessary to tell their stories.

Participants are provided with the tools they need to develop strong stories independently outside of the workshop and are encouraged to bring their work into class for further development and feedback from others in the workshop.
