Growing Up Immigrant: A Community Salon with Author Hyeseung Song

Inspired by author and artist Hyeseung Song’s moving memoir Docile: Memoirs of a Not-So-Perfect Asian Girl (Simon & Schuster); Sarah Choi of Komerican Pie and NYC-based Hyeseung Song will discuss the realities of growing up immigrant, the impacts of colonization, the consequences of migration, and the potential for reclamation and healing of our individual health and collective legacies.
