Women cultural workers play a crucial yet often under-recognized role in shaping the contemporary art ecosystem. This panel brings together speakers from media, criticism, research, and the art industry to discuss how women contribute to and reshape the structures of the art world.
Speakers include Jiayin Chen (founder of SCREEN), Pin-Hsuan Tseng (PhD candidate in art education, Penn State University), and Xintian Tina Wang (art critic; president of AAJA New York).
The conversation will explore issues of cultural labor, visibility, and narrative power within the art system.
