Facial Recognition Comedy is a nationally touring stand-up show featuring female-identifying performers of South Asian or Arab descent. Our goal is to showcase the vast diversity within our demographic and combat tokenism. We are here to dispel the Hollywood myth that “there can only be one” type of minority entertainer per project. Basically, this show was created to let everyone know that we are NOT the same person. Past performers have included Aparna Nancherla, Sabrina Jalees, and Russell Peters guest-hosting.
