Atlantic Theater Company’s upcoming production, Elyria, features an entirely South Asian cast. It’s 1982 in Elyria, Ohio. Two decades after striking a deal, two women crash into each other and must face their past—and their entwined future.
Starring in the production will be Nilanjana Bose (Tamburlaine the Great), Sanjit De Silva (War Horse), Gulshan Mia (Acquittal), and Bhavesh Patel (The Nap). Making their Off-Broadway debuts will be Sanskar Agarwal, Mohit Gautam, Mahima Saigal, Khyati Sehgal, and Omar Shafiuzzaman.
