Town Hall: Dance Educators and Disability

In this Town Hall, we turn our attention to dance education and professional pathways for disabled dancers preparing to work in integrated settings as well as in settings exclusively for disabled dancers. Choreographers and educators Victoria Marks and David Dorfman will discuss training opportunities; opportunities for university, graduate, and conservatory education; the joys and difficulties of teaching and taking dance class; and virtuosity and aesthetics. This town hall will be moderated by DDA (Inter)national Voices Curator Alice Sheppard.
