Join for pre-show yoga and dance performances at Roy Wilkins Park! Bring a lawn chair or blanket.

Location: Roy Wilkins Park outdoor performance area by pond, across from public bathrooms and behind Black Spectrum Theater. Suggested entrance along Merrick Blvd at Foch Blvd via parking lot.

Transportation: E train towards Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer then Q5 towards 231th Street via Merrick Boulevard to Merrick Boulevard/Foch Boulevard. Q84 towards Laurelton 238th Street via 120th Avenue to Merrick Boulevard/Foch Boulevard. Q85 towards Rochdale Village Farmers Boulevard to Merrick Boulevard/Foch Boulevard.

4pm Pre-Show Yoga with I AM YOGI Studio:

Wake up your body and drop into the moment with a 45-minute pre-show yoga flow. Participants will move through an invigorating, music-inspired sequence designed to loosen the hips, open the heart, and spark your energy before the dance festival begins. Expect good vibes, deep breaths, and feel-good movement to get you fully present and ready to celebrate. All levels welcome—just bring your mat and your energy.

Meet on grass by tree shade, near QDF performance area Roy Wilkins Park pond.
