Activate Equity: Reprogramming the Broadcast

Activate Equity brings together a community of artists, activists, and educators who seek to disrupt the racial and social inequities in the arts & culture sector through creative solutions. The Field organizes this annual event not to center our organization in this movement, but to connect and amplify those who are doing the work.

This year, we’re focusing on Reprogramming The Broadcast. Our aim is to shift conventional mindsets that affect artists and marginalized people. We’ll hear from individuals who are breaking the mold by daring to be authentically themselves.
