The Young Artist Chamber Music Program (YACMP) is a high-level chamber music initiative presented by the New Asia Chamber Music Society (NACMS). Designed for exceptionally talented young musicians specializing in strings, piano, flute, and clarinet, the program provides intensive chamber music training, professional mentorship, and performance opportunities throughout the 2026 season.
Participants may apply as individual musicians or as pre-formed ensembles. Selected musicians will be placed into chamber groups and paired with distinguished NACMS faculty artists, who serve as both ensemble collaborators and artistic mentors.
Through regular rehearsals, coachings, and collaborative exploration of repertoire, participants gain invaluable experience working closely with professional musicians while developing their ensemble skills at a high artistic level. The program culminates in a finale concert in December 2026, and select ensembles may be invited to perform at the New Asia Chamber Music Society Annual Gala in the following season.
