Writing Intern (Volunteer)

As an article writer, you will either turn interviews and images into feature articles, research an artist and write an article about them for the Naya Magazine page, or write opinion/informative pages on AAPI culture. Additionally, you will be able to choose to work on projects focused on food, music, art, film, and more. Finally, you’ll be able to propose and create writing projects for the magazine and get published!

Requirements

You can choose how many hours you’d like to work (2-5, 5-10, or 10+). You will have some liberty in the articles you write, but you also must be able to submit articles and writing projects on time. You can take part in a month-based internship (you can participate for one to twelve months) or you can join Naya Magazine as part of the team.

This position is an unpaid internship. They can provide volunteer hour approval, references, certificates of employment and completion, and college credit hours.
