Seeking Male & Female Dancers for Spring/Summer Company Contracts

NDT is now accepting audition applications for interested male and female dancers for 2022 company contract opportunities . Our eclectic repertoire spans the classical, neoclassical, and contemporary ballet spectrum. Neville Dance Theatre presents seasonal and project-based performances in NYC and the surrounding areas, including touring and opportunities at prestigious festivals. Rehearsal and performance payment provided.

Requirements

• Must live in the New York City area and be over age 18
• Must be available Wednesday and Thursday evenings after 5:30pm for rehearsals
• Must have exceptional pointework/partnering skills in classical, neoclassical, and contemporary ballet styles and a strong interest in performing all mentioned styles
• Must be willing to commute/travel (MTA, local, etc) and participate in diverse projects, including both indoor, outdoor, and non-traditional site-specific performances
• Must be willing to follow CDC, state, venue, studio, and company safety regulations and policies.

Application Instructions

• Please have a resume (professional performance/training and two references), one professional full body dance photo, one headshot image, and performance video links (30sec-2 minute uncut, sections) of one classical ballet (on pointe for females), one neoclassical ballet (on pointe for females), and one contemporary (non-pointework) available before starting the completion of the above form.
