Seeking Actress for Wiip/Amazon Feature Film "Blue Christmas"

Rapaport/Baldasare Casting (An LA based casting office known for Riverdale, XO, Kitty & The Summer I Turned Pretty among other credits) is holding an open casting call for a wiip/Amazon feature film titled “Blue Christmas.” Produced by Jenny Han, Sarah Kucserka & Karen Rosenfelt, written by Jenny Han & Sarah Kucserka, directed by Jenny Han, this feature shoots o/a April 27th-July 1st, 2026 in North Carolina, USA.

Rapaport/Baldasare Casting is seeking an actress to play a Korean Woman (70’s) who can speak fluent Korean for a Supporting Cameo role. Please see the character description below:

[HALMONI YOON] Woman, 70s, Korean (dialogue is in both Korean and English, Korean is the character’s first language). The family matriarch, nothing has ever gotten past her eagle eye when it comes to her family’s secrets. Her opinions and advice can seem harsh, but it’s for your own good. And sometimes accompanied by the tiniest twinkle in her eye…SUPPORTING CAMEO. NATIVE KOREAN SPEAKERS ENCOURAGED TO SUBMIT.

Requirements

-Must be able to speak Fluent Korean
-Must be available for shoot dates - o/a April 27th-July 1st, 2026
-All performers must have valid passport for travel if coming from outside the US
