Open Level Dance Class

Liberated Movement offers radically welcoming, hour long drop-in donation-based! class for all levels, all bodies. I’ll be teaching a class based on my work with Flying Low and Passing Through, emphasizing connection, dynamic choice-making, and clarity through movement. This is a great way to get in the studio with me whether or not you have a dance background. Just show up!
