Moscow International Artist Video Exhibition "Public // Private"

A community of emerging artist-curators is organizing an exhibition of artist video works, and are interested in applications from artists who work in video to submit work for consideration that relates to the subject of Private/Public. The exhibition aims to explore and reflect on the dynamics of personal and public narratives, the way they both engage with societal conditions, and the impact on our identities, agencies, and communities.

They especially encourage works that present an experimental approach to the medium; there are no time or form limitations.

Requirements

Terms of participation:
— The full film must be submitted in digital format with the best quality possible.
— No time restrictions apply.
— Please specify the source of sound for the video. If there are any words, English subtitles are mandatory.
— Screenshots from the video are required for the preview.
— Minimum description of the work should be 100 words, including the year and duration.
— Preferences regarding editing and presentation should be mentioned.
— Provide your CV (your photo optionally)
— Once selected, films may not be removed from the festival.
* By uploading the video, you consent to the processing of personal data and public presentation within the framework of this festival.
* Films will be chosen by the festival’s selection committees.
* Selected works will be shown according to the festival calendar and timetable decided by the festival organizers.
* Completion of the submission form implies consent to exhibit the films at the festival and in front of the selection committees.
