NJ Workforce Accelerator Career Training Program

The NJ Workforce Accelerator, coming Fall 2026 to Summer 2027, is a free career training program for those interested in working in film, TV, and media production.

• Practical, hands-on training on the track of your choice: Audio & Video Technician, Camera Operator, Digital Imaging Technician
• Lessons include virtual content, in-person training, and a final project
• Taught by industry professionals and current union (IATSE) members
• Set Skills Bootcamp builds professional readiness for all students
• Internship opportunities and job placement assistance upon completion

Requirements

Must be an 18+ NJ resident. No experience necessary.
