New Music Mondays

Asian American Arts Alliance (A4) and Bang & Olufsen (B&O) are partnering for New Music Mondays, a series of intimate listening sessions for Asian/Asian-American musicians to mix, mingle, and listen to their own music on state-of-the-art speakers by Bang & Olufsen in the B&O SoHo store at 121 Spring St. New York, NY 10012.

PLEASE READ THE BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING.

The listening sessions are private events that take place on the first Monday of the month (Feb 2; April 6; June 1; Oct 5; Dec 7) from 6:00-8:30 pm ET. At each session, there are slots for up to 5 artists. Each artist will have up to 15 minutes to play their music in community with the small group. The audio files will be collected ahead of time. We encourage artists to bring their works-in-progress to hear how their tracks translate in a different environment and enjoy the fruits of their hard work in a relaxing setting with other artists.

Application Instructions

Application process: Submit an application by the deadline (two weeks prior to the event). A4 Staff will select 5 artists and reach out with next steps.

Note: The next session will be held on April 6, 2026, with applications closing on March 27, 2026.
