Irish Arts Center seeks a smart, knowledgeable, and organized candidate to join our team as Marketing Data Strategist. The purpose of the role is to support the work of the marketing department with the management of our CRM system (RAMP hosted Tessitura) and broader data reporting, analyses, and ticketing operations. In addition to database management, the candidate should have a passion for data analysis and segmentation in order to help the team make data-driven decisions to meet ticket revenue and audience development goals. The candidate will support research, marketing communications, and other department activities as needed. The successful candidate will report to the director of communications and marketing. They will also be expected to work collaboratively with the broader organization, including marketing, programming, front of house, and development departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Database Management and Data Analysis

a. Management of all data points across the CRM (RAMP hosted Tessitura) for efficient information management for the marketing department

b. Report generation, including advanced reporting with SQL, list pulling, custom SSRS Reports, and Tessitura Analytics Dashboarding

c. Report generation of data across all digital platforms, including social media, website, search, and email marketing applications

d. Targeted audience list pulling for email messaging and other communications

e. Cross population of new contacts and data from all sign-up areas

f. Implementation of new versions of Tessitura

g. Participation in bi-weekly Tessitura committee meetings

II. Website and TNEW

a. Buildout in Tessitura and TNEW for performance seasons and education classes

b. Cross-proofing of output, including copy, dates, price, and capacity

c. Ongoing updates to ticketing and TNEW copy

III. Marketing Support

a. Ticketing and CRM support for customer service, especially during season and education launches

b. TNEW and Tessitura troubleshooting

c. Help with customer messaging during season and education launches

Requirements

A keen interest in the arts and nonprofit sector is preferred. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail. Candidate should be extremely

comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing conflicting priorities. Other core attributes of a successful candidate include:

· 2-5 years’ experience with Tessitura and deployment of TNEW set-ups required

· Literacy in SQL and SSRS Custom reporting required

· Acute attention to detail

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
