Graphic Designer / Copy Editor for children & youth edu material

BILINGUAL GRAPHIC DESIGNER NEEDED

Covid 19 has forced Snow City Arts (SCA) to leave its one-to-one workshops with children and youth in the hospital. to pause our one-to-one arts education workshops with children and youth in the hospital. In order to meet the needs of our students, SCA has introduced a series of artmaking videos. Accompanying each video is an instruction guide and transcript, available in English and Spanish. We are in search of a copyeditor and graphic designer proficient in English and Spanish to ensure the written materials are tightly edited and welcoming to learners of all kinds, and help us with manuscript conversion into a publishing-ready format (editable PDF files in InDesign or Illustrator).

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required. One of the new areas we have pursued is a series of artmaking videos. The quality is high, but we need expanded capacity and skills to ensure the written materials are tightly edited and welcoming to learners of all kinds. The learning materials are provided in both English and Spanish and published on our website and youtube channel.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, and Google Drive.
