Development Associate (2 roles available)

DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE, Theatre for a New Audience, New York City: Immediate opening for two full-time roles to significantly support annual and capital fundraising efforts for award-winning Off-Broadway classical theatre with a nearly $7 million annual budget. Responsibilities will include direct mail and e-mail solicitation campaigns, prospect identification and research, donor relations, gift tracking/acknowledgment, special events, and other tasks in support of overall fundraising effort. Salary mid-to-high $30s.

Requirements

Applicants should have a college degree or equivalent work experience (some fundraising experience a plus), write persuasively, possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, computer and office skills. Raiser’s Edge/database experience preferred.
