Casting for a short film that films in early March & late June, 2-3 days each season in Catskills, NY.
Transportation from NYC will be provided up to the filming location.
The film is about a mother who returns to a ruined temple to search for her abandoned daughter, only to be drawn into a mystical simulation where she must confront her daughter’s lingering consciousness and the endless cycle of grief that binds them.
We’re currently looking for a native Mandarin speaker with Northern Chinese dialects to protray a NUN.
Nun (female, age 60-80)
An elderly woman of grace and wisdom, the nun holds quiet compassion, guiding others like a ferryman of the soul.
