CRECE + Street Works are building a directory of Queens artists interested in presenting work in CRECE’s beautiful space, scheduled to open in June 2026. All media types are welcome. This form helps CRECE reach out as opportunities develop. Please submit by June 10, 2026 if you would like to be a part of their opening!
This is an opportunity for Queens community engaged artists interested in learning about an amazing new space dedicated to creating programs that are by and for communities.
Requirements
CRECE aims to support community visibility, experimentation, and connection! This is primarily for Queens artists, but preference is given to artists invested in the community, artists based in Corona, Queens, and surrounding neighborhoods.
This is mostly a community-centered, non-stipend opportunity, but if the organization raises money they will share! Artists are responsible for transportation, installation, deinstallation of their work. Artists must secure their own insurance/liability coverage if required.
