Position Overview: We are currently seeking Simulation Specialists to puppeteer digital avatars while performing scenarios for Mursion’s various clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in acting and improvisation performance. This person should also be comfortable with ever evolving technology.

This position is a part-time, hourly position reporting to the Director of Simulations. All positions are remote. Applicants must have 20 hours of availability Monday-Friday, with the ability to work at least one evening.

Compensation and perks: Training will be compensated with a $525 stipend. After a successful training period, this position is $26 an hour.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver simulations for a variety of clients in both Turkish and English
  • Prepare and train to deliver specific scenario objectives
  • Rehearse and maintain specific vocal profiles
  • Communicate professionally and manage schedule
  • Facilitate reflection and debrief with diverse learner populations, maintaining standards and objectives of various client goals

Qualifications:

  • Ability to play a variety of characters of different age ranges, backgrounds, and personalities.
  • A mastery of their actor’s instrument: voice, body, and imagination
  • Experience with gaming technology (not required, but a plus)
  • The capacity to both understand and honestly portray diverse psychological profiles

Expectations and Technical Requirements:

  • Applicants must have 20 hours of availability Monday-Friday, with the ability to work at least one evening.
  • Applicants must have room for the equipment provided for the position.
  • Applicants must have a quiet environment within their home to deliver simulations.
  • Applicants must have the ability to connect equipment to an internet router with an ethernet cord.
  • Applicants must have high speed internet.
