This program provides a flexible stay of 1 to 3 weeks, giving participants the freedom to choose a duration that suits their artistic needs. Residency Categories
1. Fully Funded Residency – Available for potters, ceramic artists, and art curators whose work aligns with the studio’s vision.
2. Self-Funded Residencies – Open to artists across disciplines, with a daily rate of ₹3,500 + 18% GST (includes private room, meals, and studio access). Self-funded categories cover a broad spectrum, including Visual Arts, Digital Arts, Performing Arts, Literary Arts, Applied Arts, and more.
Requirements

- Artistic Quality and Vision: Portfolio or Body of Work, Artistic Vision, and Innovation and Creativity.
- Project Proposal: Clarity of Proposal, Feasibility to be completed or significantly advanced within the residency’s time frame and with the available resources.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Representation from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives and Cultural Sensitivity.
- Potential for Impact: Future Impact on Artist’s Career and Long-term Contribution by the artist.
- Suitability for the Residency Environment: Artists who are flexible and can thrive in different environments, especially in secluded or rural locations like Dharamkot, should be considered. Their ability to work in the specific setting the residency offers is crucial.
