Affordable artist and manufacturing space survey

Western Queens Community Land Trust (WQCLT) is working to acquire a large city-owned manufacturing building on the Long Island City waterfront. Their goal is to transform this site into a truly affordable citywide hub for working artists/cultural organizations, manufacturing/small businesses, and other crucial community-serving needs.
