$10/hour Subsidized Rehearsal Space

Houston Street Center is offering discounted space rentals at University Settlement to qualified nonprofit arts groups and artists across artistic disciplines. Their 72x16’ multipurpose room comes equipped with free Wifi, water fountain, air conditioning, heating, fans, tables, chairs, speakers, and projector. The $10/hour rate is available for up to 100 hours a year.
