Weaving My Life & Weaving Our Lives

September 1 – September 30, 2021
12AM

Nobuko Tsuruta is a Japanese fiber artist who is based in New York City.

“Weaving is my meditation. When I sit in front of the loom, I see different parts of myself manifest themselves in my work. Weaving became an introspective activity for me, and a curiosity about how I subconsciously represented myself in my pieces fueled my work.”

This exhibition will be hosted at Loop of the Loom in partnership with New York Textile Month, for the whole month of September.
Hours: Tuesday through Sunday: 11 am - 6 pm
