Stories About Home: A Writing Workshop

Saturday, May 9, 2026

A three-session writing workshop series exploring stories about home.

Led by writer and teacher Ashwak Fardoush, this workshop series focuses on writing about home, community, language, and migration.

The sessions are held from 2–4pm on May 9, 16, and 23. Participants register for all three sessions as a whole, which creates a safe container and closed group where trust and continuity can develop.

The workshop is broken up into 3 parts:
- Part I: Places & Home
- Part II: People & Home
- Part III: Language & Home

Please reach out to info@sawcc.org if you want to join but the registration cost is prohibitive.
