Brainstorm! is the Alliance’s lively series of themed discussions focusing on the artist as producer. Each event features the in-depth case study of an artist who receives feedback from experienced discussants and input from the audience, leading to spirited exchanges, peer learning and new connections. Brainstorm! is made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, celebrating 50 years of building strong, creative communities in New York State’s 62 counties. Additional support is provided by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, the National Endowment for the Arts, the Metropolitan Life Foundation, The New York Community Trust and Con Edison.
